Hi << Test First Name >>,
This has been a busy month for me personally. I spent a week traveling to the West Coast sharing what God is doing among the Somali people, completed my memoir, and have now begun writing a book on prayer.
While my schedule has been full, the work of the Somali Bible Society has continued to move forward. Every month, God reminds us that this ministry is not built on one person, but on His faithfulness and on partners like you who pray, give, and stand with us. |

THE CHURCH ON A CAMEL BACK MINISTRY CONTINUES TO GROW
|
|
|
This last month, we commissioned five additional Church on a Camel Back (COCB) teams to take the Gospel to camel herders and other nomadic people across the Somali Peninsula. That brings the total to 17 active teams living among the nomads and sharing Christ where few others can go.
Nearly 10 million nomadic Somalis live throughout Eastern Ethiopia, northeastern Kenya, Somaliland, and Somalia. Most have never heard the Gospel. Yet God is opening hearts. Already, more than 70 camel herders have placed their faith in Jesus Christ, and new opportunities continue to emerge.
Your prayers and financial support are making this possible. Every new believer, every disciple, and every community reached is fruit that you share in as our ministry partner.
Prayer Requests: Pray for the safety and endurance of all 17 Church on a Camel Back teams. Pray that God will continue opening hearts among the nomadic Somali people. Pray for additional workers and resources to expand this ministry to many more unreached communities. Pray that new believers will grow in their faith and become bold witnesses for Christ.
Thank you for faithfully standing with us. Together we are bringing the hope of Jesus Christ to Somali people who, for generations, have had little opportunity to hear the Good News.

If God has touched your heart through this ministry, we invite you to prayerfully consider helping expand the Church on a Camel Back ministry. A gift of any amount will help us place more teams among the unreached nomadic people of the Somali Peninsula.
For those who would like to sponsor an entire team, the cost is $6,000, which provides six camels (approximately $1,000 per camel) needed to sustain one evangelistic team as they live and travel with the nomads.
The Somali Bible Society provides the training and ongoing support for these evangelists, who willingly volunteer their time to bring the Gospel to those who have never heard the name of Jesus.
Your investment is helping reach one of the last great unreached peoples on earth. Thank you for partnering with us to make an eternal difference. |

GOD CONTINUES TO OPEN DOORS |
|
|
Thank you for your faithful prayers and partnership with the Somali Bible Society. Your encouragement and generosity continue to make it possible for God's Word to reach one of the least-reached peoples on earth.
Much of our work takes place quietly for the protection of those serving on the ground, yet God continues to open doors that only He can open. Through local church partnerships, Bible distribution, Christian literature, and secure digital resources, more Somali men and women are encountering the Gospel than ever before.
Although many believers face intense persecution, Christ continues to build His Church. We are also strengthening local ministries through literacy training, evangelism, trauma healing, leadership development, and church planting.
Please continue praying:
• for open doors throughout the Somali Peninsula.
• for protection and wisdom for our teams.
• for many Somalis to come to faith in Christ.
• for God to raise up more workers for this harvest.

To strengthen the long-term ministry of the Somali Bible Society, we are taking an important step toward establishing a permanent ministry center in the heart of Somalia. This facility will provide a secure base for leadership training, Bible distribution, discipleship, and other ministry activities, while increasing the resilience of our work in this challenging region.
We have entered into a purchase agreement for the property at a cost of $240,000. Because secure locations suitable for Christian ministry are extremely limited, this strategic property came at a significant price. We are trusting God to provide through friends and partners who share our vision of bringing the Gospel to the Somali people. |

Building the Good Samaritan Center
We are grateful to report that $84,711 has already been received toward the $240,000 needed to purchase the property for the Good Samaritan Center. We praise God for His faithful provision through friends and ministry partners like you.
Still Needed: $155,289
At approximately $58 per square foot, every square foot purchased helps establish a permanent ministry center in the heart of Somalia. Whether you sponsor one square foot or one hundred, your gift will help make this vision a reality.
The Good Samaritan Center will provide a secure base for Bible distribution, leadership training, discipleship, and ministry development. It will serve as the ministry hub for the Somali Bible Society, our local church partners, and An-Nour University, helping equip Christian leaders to proclaim Christ throughout the Somali Peninsula and to Muslim communities around the world.
Every gift brings us one step closer. While larger gifts will help us reach this goal more quickly, every contribution—large or small—is an investment with eternal significance. |

God is opening doors to reach Somali people living around the world, and the Somali Bible Society is seeking men and women who sense His call to this unique ministry. |
|
|
| We are currently recruiting faith-based missionaries to serve among Somali communities in major cities across the United States and in strategic locations around the world. Opportunities are available for career missionaries, retirees, tentmakers, short-term workers, and others whom God may be leading into cross-cultural ministry.
Missionaries provide their own financial support, while the Somali Bible Society equips them through specialized training, ministry partnerships, ongoing mentoring, and field support.
If you—or someone you know—would like to explore serving the Somali people, I would be delighted to talk with you. Please contact me at:
